Our business is providing healthy eating, vegetarian and vegan salads with a twist. Roasted and smoked meats and fish, fresh juices and smoothies.
The menu will be constantly adapting to suit food trends and seasonal vegetable growing patterns...This ensures maximum freshness, quality and flavour all year round. To give you an idea we have provided some example salad choices below...
1. Roasted chickpea, roasted sweet potato, roasted sweet corn, sundried tomato & feta cheese with harissa yoghurt dressing.
2. Pearl barley, pancetta, roasted carrot, Savoy cabbage & roasted leeks with tarragon, apple cider dressing.
3. Tri coloured quinoa, roasted corn, black beans & green curly kale with tarragon dressing.
4. Roasted Cauliflower, broccoli, green peas, favs beans & fine green beans with fresh mint dressing.
5. Roasted butternut squash, roasted sweet potato & yellow and green courgette with rosemary, lemon and maple syrup dressing.
The Meat
1. Lamb Shoulder with homemade harissa rub (marinade for 24 hrs before)
2. Cajun Spiced Chicken Thighs (boneless) - again 24 hrs marinade and oh so good
3. Slow Cooked Pork Belly
Selection of chutneys and condiments to compliment including homemade chipotle mayo.
